Protein Phosphorylation Assays
Monitoring protein phosphorylation of key molecules provides insight into the
activation of signal transduction pathways. SABiosciences provides a
comprehensive suite of tools for monitoring protein phosphorylation based on two
techniques. The first is a cell based assay for measuring related phosphorylation.
The second set of assays are ELISA-based for measuring up to eight analytes simultaneously.
CASE™ kits - Cellular Activation of Signaling ELISA
Each CASE Kit is a cell-based ELISA and includes a complete antibody-based
detection system for the colorimetric quantification of the phosphorylated form
and the total amount of a specific protein. Use
these kits to directly determine the extent of protein phosphorylation and
pathway activation after treatment with a specific drug or inhibitor without the
need to prepare cell lysates. See the
product listing
Quantitative: Cell-based ELISA determines level of total and activated form
of protein at same time.
Simple: Easy, quantitative, and non-radioactive protocol with minimal hands-on
time
No Extractions: Directly measure protein phosphorylation state on cells fixed in
a 96-well culture plate
PhosphoELISArray™ Kits - Lysate-Based ELISA
PhosphoELISArray Kits provide the simplest way to monitor phosphorylation of key
signaling proteins. Multi-Analyte PhosphoELISArray Kits profile relative
phosphorylation of a panel of proteins in multiple samples at the same time.
Single Analyte PhosphoELISArray kits measure amounts of individual
phosphorylated proteins in up to 96 samples. The combination of Multi-Analyte
and Single Analyte PhosphoELISArray Kits enables rapid screening for changes in
several signaling pathways and then to follow up with more rigorous studies.

product listing
Pathway Focused: Multi-Analyte PhosphoELISArrays determine relative
phosphorylation of multiple signaling proteins simultaneously.
Rapid: Easy, quantitative, and non-radioactive ELISA protocol with no additional
reagents required.
Scalable: Directly measure protein phosphorylation state on 96 cell lysates.
