services based on the RT² miRNA PCR Array technology. These arrays and
assays employ SABiosciences' proprietary miRNA technology that ingeniously
integrates a universal tailing and reverse transcription reaction specific
for miRNA with the accurate expression level measurement of distinct miRNA
sequences that may only differ by a single nucleotide base. In addition,
this miRNA detection technology enables uniformly high PCR amplification
efficiencies, allowing simultaneous detection of miRNA under uniform cycling
conditions. With these technologies, either a comprehensive survey of miRNA
expression can easily be obtained, or the expression level of individual
miRNAs can be measured. SABiosciences' validated procedures and optimized
processes yield the highest data quality and fastest turn-around time.
For FFPE (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded) samples, LCM (laser capture
microdissection), FNAB (fine needle aspiration biopsies) and other small
