The RT² Microfluidics qPCR Reagent System provides a rapid and convenient procedure for processing cDNA samples for RT² Profiler PCR Array analysis using the Fluidigm BioMark Real-Time Instrument with EvaGreen chemistry. Reagents are included for first-strand cDNA synthesis, genomic DNA elimination, and targeted preamplification, as well as a master mix for microfluidic real-time PCR that is specially optimized for use with RT² Profiler PCR Arrays. In total, this system allow simultaneous and easy parallel processing of samples for pathway-focused qPCR analysis on a single Fluidigm 96.96 Dynamic Array™ Integrated Fluidic Circuit.
