SureFIND™ Transcriptome PCR Arrays

SureFIND Transcriptome PCR Arrays are ready-to-use qPCR assays for discovering the mechanisms that regulate the expression of any gene.

Identify which miRNA, transcription factor or pathway regulates the expression of any gene with a single qPCR experiment by using Transcriptome PCR Arrays. These arrayed Transcriptomes or cDNA panels are derived from cells that are treated in parallel with miRNA mimics, siRNAs or drugs.

FIND the miRNAs that target a gene with cDNA synthesized from cells treated with miRNA mimetics.

Cancer related miRNA (90 miRNAs)
Immunopathology related miRNA (90 miRNAs)
Development and Differentiation related miRNAs (90 miRNAs)
Complete miRNome (~900 miRNAs)

FIND the Pathways that regulates a gene with cDNA synthesized from cells treated with 90 different chemical inhibitors.

Pathway Inhibitors (90 chemical inhibitor treatments)

FIND the Transcription Factor that regulates a gene with cDNA synthesized from cells treated with siRNAs targeting transcription factors (TF).

Cancer related Transcription Factors (90 TF knockdowns)
Expressed Transcription Factors (270 TF knockdowns)
